Contact shortcut picture?

I just set up shortcut on my friends Samsung after lollipop and her images are not showing up...just the generic silhouette is there...any suggestions or is this normal for lollipop. She is using touchwiz.

Do you mean a shortcut for a specific contact, or a shortcut for the Contacts app?

If the former, have you tried using the Direct Dial widget instead?

Sorry it was for specific contacts...and after a while everything switched over and pics shouted up.so post can be deleted if needed. Thanks anyway.
