contact storage has been deleted, help!!

I deleted the contact storage (not clear the data, is deleted),now I can't use the "Phone" to call others and there is no more contact in my phone.
I can't create an new contact and the call log was disappear too.
How can I fix it??
the contact storage is ?Settings?,?Applications?, ?Manage Applications?,?Contacts Storage?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you rooted? You shouldn't be able to delete that if you're not rooted, since it's a system app. Maybe you disabled it at some point. Go to your App Manager and look for the Disabled apps section. If you find it there, select it and tap Enable.

NOW, it was deleted by me,How can I do now?
