Contacting GO

Hope this is the proper place. I have DLd 3-4 Go apps (e.g., Go Contacts). So far, I like the apps. My problem is I have a couple of questions and have emailed Go support 5 times. Have not received the 1st replay. Any ideas how to get a question to them and get a response? I like the apps but if support is non-existent, I'll uninstall and look elsewhere.

Is it an app you paid for? If it is, and they aren't responding, you could try contacting Google Play. I contacted them once asking how I get a refund. They told me to contact the developer, but, if they weren't being responsive, that they'd check up on me and I could let them know and they'd get involved.

Back when Play was Market, I was able to submit a form and they emailed me back. Can't find that now, all I could find was an option for them to call you.

They seem to be very slow responding to emails, but pretty good responding to posts on their threads on the XDA forum.

@Devinator:
Go apps are free.

Weird, they very prompt when I emailed them. From what I read on that link, it said you should expect a call in a couple of minutes. Whether that's true or not, I don't know, but, why they would say it'd only take a couple of minutes if it could take hours or days, is only asking for trouble. Might as well not mention it unless it's something you are boasting about, rather than trying to downplay.

Well, if it's a free app, I wouldn't expect much from the developer or Google. They are giving you something for free. If it works, awesome, if not too bad. They might appreciate whatever input you give them, but, they might not respond.
