Contacts and favorites issue

I can't seem to get into my contacts. I click on the contract and there is no information. I see the name. Also there are now no favorites and or no contacts in the dialer of the. Phone app. Whst is happening?

Mine has been hanging, have you tried just waiting (for a few minutes). Did you reboot? The other thing you can try is downloading contacts+ and seeing if that works.

Thanks for that. It has a long hang/lag and I will try contact+.
