I've been able to sync my contacts from Outlook on my main computer to to my Incredible since day one but I can't seem to get the syncing to work with my second computer. I get a message saying contact Domain Admin to enable syncing. Not sure what to do.

I'm guessing that you are trying to sync to outlook with HTC Sync to a corporate Exchange Outlook account?

Your Domain Admin may have permissions set to not allow apps to sync to Outlook. They would have to open up the permissions for you in the Group Policy or on the Local Security Policy on your PC.

If your Exchange Admin has enabled Active Sync you could probably just connect your phone to Exchange, then load your contacts be doing a backup of Phone Data, restore to Outlook Contacts.

Thanks for the reply. No Corp exchange just my own phone on two computers.

Which version of outlook is on the 2nd PC? I don't think HTCSync works with Outlook 2010 or 2007.

Is IE your default Browser? I've seen where resetting IE as the default Browser and resetting IE in Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset fixes these types of things. The reset will disable all of your plug-ins and toolbars, but they can be re-added.

The only other thing I can think of is User Permissions.

Look in Administrative Tools in the Control Panel; you should see Local Security Policy. See if there is anything there that may be blocking you.
