Contacts Listing entry titles

I don't like the way the contacts data entrys are titled. Is there a way to customize them?
As a for instance - if I add a new contact, and it happens to be a business, all the phone number and address details are listed as if it was for a personal friend. Not what I want to see.
Am I over looking a generic soft switch for "not a personal friend"?

Only the groups. (I guess you could start each business listing with Business as the first name and the company name as the last name.)
