Contacts on Galaxy S7 not syncing with Tab

Some Contacts on my phone are in Verizon cloud and not syncing with my Tab. How did this happen and how can they be synced?

I always sync to my google account and anything I access from that I can sync from. Get your contacts synced to google then you will be OK to sync without Verizon.

As long as you make sure that both devices are on the same Google account.
