It's day 4! What exercise have you done today? What are you planning to do?

--

February is fitness month at Mobile Nations, and you know what that means? we all get together to get in shape, share tips and tricks and recipes for success, review amazing apps and accessories, give away great prizes, and have a ton of fun!

This here is as our first contest, STEPPING UP! Every day this week there'll be a thread right here in the forums -- starting with this one! -- and all you have to do to enter to win is tell us what exercise or activity you did today. It can be walking or running, playing soccer or doing yoga, swimming or dancing -- anything that makes you move. If you have a Fitbit, Nike Fuelband, JAWBONE UP, or any gadget with a pedometer, you can simply share your results!

At the end of each day, we'll pick one winner and give them a $20 gift certificate. How's that for motivation?!

So get ready, and get posting in the thread below!

Zumba Gold(R) class this morning - looks like a bunch of snow shoveling in my future, too.....

So far, I've done 100 crunches and single sets of 20 reps each of bicep curls, hammer curls and chest presses with the resistance band. Getting my hour of aerobics in is going to be a challenge today because it's my anniversary and I'm going out for dinner and a movie this evening. I'll probably be exercising late @ night...

EDIT:

I didn't get any aerobics in, unfortunately, but I did manage to get about 45 minutes of easy walking in so at least I got /some/ movement...

Wow. My kind if thread. I did all calisthenics this week. I set a 5 day goal of 1000 push ups, 300 pull ups and 500 dips. Today is the last day to finish up and I'm right on pace. I will do cardio this afternoon w/ 45 min interval training on the stairmaster and 35 min on the treadmill. Also intervals for fat burn. I'm a bodybuilder but I do like to use calisthenics because I feel it provides a different strength than just weights. Switching between weights and body weight training has worked wonders for me. Add it to your routine and feel yourself gain natural strength. I'm all natural and do not take any supplements, only food. Hope some of you try it out and get great results. Its my day off to relax, so I am guessing I will do sets of 50 push ups between tv shows, going to the fridge etc so hopefully 200+ and if i feel less sleepy later on the day i'll go for a very light jog. Almost thought today was tomorrow and woke up early expecting a big run/ride half asleep till my sister texted back that today is saturday ha.

Feels like I did about a million squats today. Lower body is already sore
