using Touchwiz? if so, u r out of luck. Try another launcher...NOVA!

You can turn it on by disabling Flipboard Brief unless you have a Verizon Note 4. Verizon appears to have disabled that feature on the Note 4.

Just as Android D suggested....you can always use a different launcher.

yeah i am using Touchwiz right now, it won't do tht even though my Flipboard is disabled...i used NOva and it had tht functionality..!
