continuum rom v6 fasincate capable

have a friend with a captivate that just installed continuum v6 and says it will work with my fascinate because they are the same hardware. Is that true i did a search and nothing came up.

Not the same. Be wary of that kind of advise from friends..

The fascinate is very picky about what it will run.. Some people have flashed some incompatible ROM/Kernels and ended up perma-bricking their devices.
