Converting to a Window OS

[Android Central Question]

I have done the basics, such as esc+reload+power. When I press ctrl+alt+f2, I am brought to a black screen with the developer console. In the process of accomplishing this, I think I created an account. But, I forgot the password. Is there any way to bypass this and go directly into converting my chromebook into Window OS? It says: "localhost login:", but I don't know the user.
