Cool thing i noticed

So if you have the default weather widget. The weather inside moves if you tilt the phone left to right. Like clouds for example. You can test this by hitting your phone on the back and it will sort of vibrate

So that's why the "use better effect on widget" does for the animation. I was trying to see why the difference was and couldn't tell.

Well, I've activated the better effect option and nada... No tilt-animation and, as you said, I can't really tell the difference between one mode or the other

BTW, I liked the 'old' widget (the one on the S3 and Note 2) much better than this one

It's tough to see. It makes it kind of look 3D in the way playing labyrinth does with the walls using the accelerometer.
