Cooling pad?

When Im running MHS and charging, my phone gets so hot it disconnects from data and eventually turns off. Does anyone know if they make a cooling pad or something I can use to keep the battery cooler? Help a brother out! thanks

I believe a small fan concentrated on the phone would work best. Your Rezound should not be doing that though, that's unacceptable. Ever think about getting a replacement? BTW what is MHS? lol

I know when you are using MHS it tends to warm up but the phone should not be turning itself off. I used a small fan whenever I used MHS in the past and it worked perfectly.

I just got it a week ago, in town and at work its ok, it does run hot, flashing between green and orange, but at home I think its just trying to hard

after checking the temp on it, I called asurion and asked for another replacement. Seems while charging and Mobile Hot Spot, its getting 135-140 degrees.

They asked me while the temp was so hot if I had bodily harm, wonder if I had said yes what they would do?

Best to keep it legit. Probably ask you for receipts for any medical care.

I got my replacement today........they sent me a brand new phone, with new beats audio and everything! pretty stoked.
