Corded Headset

Does anyone have any suggestions on stereo headsets (non bluetooth) to buy, I need one for when I drive. Price point around 50.00. Thanks in advance!

My first suggestion would be to not use stereo headsets while driving.

Having said that, maybe provide more details? Earbuds or over-the-ear style? Inline mic? etc.

Any reason you don't want a bluetooth? Cuz for that price you could get a really get a g ood bluetooth headset...

Point taken, but I'm not a fan of Bluetooth, so I was looking at the earbuds with the mic

I'm the opposite...I'm not a fan of cordes, so I can't recommend a headset but I can recommend a brand. Jabra used to be pretty good when I had a corded headset, so you might be able to find something good from them. I would just so an ebay search and see what comes up...

The problem for me with BT headsets (for me at least) is that

1. I have to keep them charged. Not necessary with corded ones.
2. If the phone is sitting on my desk and the BT is in the other room I answer the phone but the person is talking to my headset in the other room. I'm not one of those people to just keep it on my ear all the time.
3. I've never had one that had good sound quality.

While those all may be true, you still shouldn't drive with earbuds in. Why not try to find a vehicle bluetooth adapter? You won't have to worry about charging, having it pick up calls when you don't want it to, and the audio plays through your existing stereo. Obviously you can spend more money to get a bluetooth-enabled stereo as well

Oh, I totally agree on the driving thing. I just use my car's BT. Works great.
