I downloaded a CoreDroid ROM from my computer and now I have a a bunch of files on my desktop. How do I flash all these files to my inspire 4g to have a new ROM?

Also, it sounds like you extracted the .zip file. You don't want to do that at all. When you flash a ROM, you want it to be in the .zip state.
