Corporate Contacts

I have my Droid synced up to my work e-mail via Exchange. I get email and my calendar syns up just fine. Here's the issue. When I first synced up I verified that my contacts on my work pc in Outlook transferred. I just noticed a problem. With my BB Curve I was able to start typing an e-mail address from someone in the company and I could then have the option to search the corporate address book and it would find it. Now I only get the contacts in my personal address book. Is there a setting my IT person missed?

For the benefit of anyone with the same issue:

The problem is that Android does not yet support GAL (Global Address List). Until then you can use an app called "Corporate Directory".

Can you please post the Corporate Directory App, since they have taken it off the Android Market, or I just can't download it to a non Motorolla phone.
