Corporate E-Mail & Personal E-Mail

I'm sure there is a post somewhere, but I searched and couldn't find it.

I picked up the Thunderbolt this morning. It's my first Android. Coming from the Bold 9650, I couldn't be happier!

I would like to have both my corporate Exchange account and personal e-mail syncing to my Thunderbolt, but keep them separate from each other.

Is it possible to keep my personal e-mail, calendar, contacts, etc. from showing up in my corporate Exchange account?

Yes it is doable. If your IT is like mine (pita)(I'm kidding guys) they have to add some security files to your phone and then it will work.

Our IT policies are minimal. We have many physicians who would be pissed if we implemented polices that messed with their beloved phones.

I guess the next question is how to do it.

Download HTC Sync onto my PC to sync my personal e-mail and Active Sync for the exchange account? Or is there a better way.
