Corporate / Exchange Calendar - Past events not showing

I have several Motorola Droid Maxx running version 4.4.4 with a strange stock calendar issue that I haven't had any luck fixing.

Past appointments do not show on the calendar. Recurring calendar events, today's events, and future events all work normally.

I've got some other devices that work just fine, none running 4.4.4 though.

Does the "hide declined events" box effect that?

I've got the most recent updates and my past calendar events show up from my Outlook calendar.
