Corrupt Video Files? - 2 of my important videos stopped playing yesterday
I have a new S7. We videotaped our wedding with this phone. The clips played great. They had sound, video, and played well. I viewed them 2 nights ago.
Yesterday, I went into view the video and it gave an error 'Failed to play video - An unknown error has occurred.' I tried to download the videos, but they show as 0 bytes when I do.
The interesting thing is all of my other shorter videos still play. The 2 that don't play are longer.
Updates are automatic for applications on my phone and I know a couple apps updated yesterday, but I don't recall which ones.
Any ideas? My phone is running up-to-date software.
