Cost to build an app for business

I'm a fresher in the techie stream and recently completed my mobile app development coaching from a Toronto-based institution. I have built an app for a business purpose which is a Scan2PDF Mobile app, helps you to scan documents and convert them to PDF files. I would like to know, if I sell this app to a firm, how much do they likely pay for it? Any idea? Who can tell me how much an app cost to get made？

If it is a new app with no following, I would guess that they would pay very little for it, unless it is a breathtaking app that does things significantly better than what existing scanner apps can do.

You can also ask the teachers or counselors at your school, they might be able to guide you as to how much you can sell it for.
