Strange. they told me they could not waive the upgrade fee--no way, no how.

Does anyone know Costco's price drop policy? I'm sure I remember that it was 90 days (they refund the difference if they lower price in 90 days) and know that on a prior phone I got a price drop credit around 60 days out. But I just went to Costco and they told me that it is 14 days. I'm sure I was told something different when I bought the phone, but can't find it documented anywhere.

its actually 119 right now. with tax your at 143.50$ to be exact. ( i bought it last week but returned it for the moto x, regrettably)

but frys electronics has it for 79.99 until tomorrow.

90 days to swap the device for the same device if a manufacture defect. 30 days to swap for another device if you would prefer another device (Most Costco's would honor this for up to 90 days). 14 days for price adjustments (Most Costco's honor this up to 30 days).
