Could 4.3 be coming to the Note 2?

I'm sure it will eventually. But just like 4.2.2, which is now overdue, it's going to have to be skinned with TouchWiz by Samsung first, then tweaked for the carriers. I doubt we'd see it (4.3) before the end of the year.
