Could I have a Virus or Adware?

Virus or Adware

I have some sort of virus in my device S4
When i see a movie i have publicity banners
I can't install anything. Say full when I have 500 MB free.
Warn me I have an old android version or firmware to go up....

I have Lookout installed.

Welcome to Android Central! How are you watching the movie? Is it a streaming video site? Are you using a 3rd party video player app? Where did you get the movie?
