Could widget locker prevent network connection?

Every night I shut off my tbolt. When I turn it on in the morning it failS to connect to Verizon. I could walk around all day. It never connects and batter drains fast as it tries.

If I restart phone it connects immediately.

Is there an alternative to restart after start every morning? Is it widget locker? Is there another way to connect besides doing restart?

It seems to be the combo of widget locker with go weather on lock screen.
