Couple Incredible Questions

I currently have my mail set up on my Incredible for both my Hotmail account and my Gmail account.

The annoying thing is, it doesn't seem to sync correctly. For one, it doesn't grab all the messages currently sitting in my inbox for either hotmail or google.

In addition to that, if I receive an email, and delete it, it only deletes it on the phone, and I end up getting the same notification for the SAME email over and over, because my phone checks for new mail and sees that same email sitting on the remote server.

How do I get it to A) display ALL the mail in my inboxes, and B) delete an email from my inbox when I do it from my phone so I don't get the same notifications over and over again?

This fell fast, anyone else experiencing the same issue, or able to shoot me a link to a helpful page regarding this?

You might have to go into your Gmail settings (gmail.com) and set up POP forwarding and email deletion once retrieved from the inbox. As for Hotmail, I really have no idea, but I'd imagine it's a similar fix.
