Couple Of Issues

So I noticed at times that the volume control will set the MEDIA VOLUME and not the RINGER VOLUME at the home screen, after a reboot it will then control the RINGER VOLUME at the home screen.

Also at times, the notifications will not sound. The volume will be up, but no ring tones or txt tones. The SD card is still reconized, but I would have to reboot it fix that.

Any ideas on either of these issues?

I use an app called audio manager.
You can add a small widget on the home screen that you can click and instantly adjust every volume setting on the phone.
It's also convenient because you can turn the system volume all the way down which controls the startup/shutdown audio.

This seems like a technical issue, i would not ignore it and fix it with a app, i would take it to store/ try factory reset to see if it corrects it. Its still under warranty so there is no point in putting up with something that you dont have too
