Hi, all of my questions are about the HTC One. I need help being a newbie to the HTC.
I can't get HTC Sync to open when I plug in the USB to my laptop yet it says that HTC Sync Manager should automatically open when I plug it in.
I can't get the phone to transfer pics from Whatsapp to Dropbox I have tried it but cannot find them in my Dropbox files.
Can you tell me if Rooting the phone helps and in what way. Is it to save the battery which I find has a pretty poor life when calling or texting.
Any help with these issues will be appreciated.:-[
