Cover art problems. Yes one more cover art related question.

I know there's a lot of these out there however I do not like using other music player apps besides the default one. Mainly because the interface of the default one is simplistic and not that cluttered. I've tried other players and they have these huge buttons and it's all too cluttered. I'm sure they're great players but it looks horrible. I don't need an equalizer at all either. Anyways, so I've tried different folder structures and it doesn't seem to solve my problem.

So I edit every album I have and enter the data such as artist info, release date, cover art etc. Now the problem is, when I put in my SD card into my phone (I reboot my phone after that) it will show the cover art for a lot of the songs but for some it won't. Or it will list the artist name for most of the file but for some it will say "unknown" and they all the information in it too. So the folder structure I had before and preferred was like this Music\Artist - Album Name\ for each album. Now I changed it to Music\First Letter of Artist\ Artist - Album Name and that didn't do anything either. As a matter of fact one of the albums was displaying the cover art and artist information correctly yesterday and today when I added another album, the one that was displaying properly is now missing the cover art and artist information. Also some of them will have repeated cover art even though on my computer they each have a different cover art. So is there any fix to this besides "Try this app" because I really prefer the default player. I know there's that one app that's mentioned in every thread like this that it grabs the cover art for you, but the problem is some of my songs are international, some are not even mainstream and doing a google image search would only get you like 1 result maybe, so I doubt this app can do wonders for me. Hell sometimes if I can't find a cover art that's at a decent quality I'll make my own since I'm picky. Also I prefer to have my cover art at 500 x 500 pixels at least, and no it's not a resolution problem either for why it won't display on my phone because some of the cover art is at 1024 x 1024 and it will display fine and yes they're all jpg format.

By the way, some other music player apps I've tried have the same problem so it's not just the default music player. Also I use mp3tag edit to edit the tags.
