Cracked glass Samsung Galaxy S7 new out of box!

Are others finding this problem? Two at same Verizon Store on same dat. One bought at store and one bought from Verizon online. Heads up! Check new phones carefully!! Samsung defect??

I would say it's a transportation problem in that the devices were handled roughly somewhere along the line. Nothing wrong with my s7 and s7e.

A large number of the pre ordered devices in the UK were delivered open. Seal on box broken and phone out of packaging including mine. My phone was OK as most others were. Vodafone released a statement saying samsung had opened a number of boxes for a final quality check before being sent out.

It is always a good idea to check, but it isn't a common complaint from what I read on the forums
