Crazy camera issues.

Taking my phone to tmobile to see what's up but I wanted to share with you guys the issues I was having. Mainly with recording. I can take pictures while recording but quality is very low regardless the settings. Most don't even show in gallery. When I hit stop recording it takes at least ten seconds to load and when I press on gallery the video is broken and unplayable. Everything is laggy when navigating picking and choosing settings. My brother keeps saying they'll be an over the air update to fix these problems but I don't know if it's going to come any time soon or if it is my device.

They're probably gonna do a factory reset. If that doesn't work then it's likely the phone and you'll need an exchange.
