Crazy Good 6T Battery Life!!

8+ hours of screen on time and 11% battery left. Never ever had a phone come even remotely close to that. Wow. This is crazy good. (I don't game though)

Beats the hell out of my S9. I've been struggling with this crappy battery life since I got it. I parked it for two months due to that and the phone being too laggy. How's your phone's speed? Coming from iPhones the S9 is just excessively slow.

I am a Samsung guy. Still have the Note 9. And before it had Note 8, S8 Plus and S7 Edge.

Still have the Note9. Been using 6T as my daily driver for 2 days. So so freaking smooth. ZERO LAG. I heard OnePlus Oxygen OS is even smoother than pure android. So far I am very impressed and have no complaints.

Coming from a pixel 2 I can verify it is smoother than pure Android aka Pixel Android. I didn't realize how much apps reloaded till I got the 6T. The customization options take care of a lot of my frustrations with pure Android without being overwhelming and dragging the OS down.

It blows my Pixel 2 away in battery life. Smokes my LG G6 and Galaxy S7 before it. The G6 at least didn't eat the battery when I wasn't using it but the Pixel 2 would a little and the S7, it ate the battery hard no matter what I did or even when I wasn't using it just like every Samsung phone I ever had. I love this thing.

Great phone for sure and my favorite OS on Android when I had one (5t). If they just didn't make them so damn big I would consider giving them another shot. Can't stand tall phones.

I hear you. If I have one complaint it's that. Well and I'd actually like a little bit of a chin to move the keyboard up. It's kind of hard to type and hold this thing. Fingers stretched one way to hole the top and thumbs going the other.

The 6T came in last night. Battery life is kick arse. No way 700mah extra will account for this kind of difference. Some is the lower resolution of the screen. And also no Samsung bloatware helps. So far so good. Camera is up to par thus far. Speakers is doing it's job. Not as good as the Samsung but them again I don't jam to my phone much. For what you give up in specs you make up in spades in Battery life and value. This is definitely a flagship killer. I can live with slightly less of a camera and speakers if I gain a full days of use and pocket $500.

Yep. And I just charged it with the dash charger seemed like a little over 30 minutes and it's at 100%. It may have been more than that. But a hell of a lot quicker than it would have been with wireless charging.

Wireless charging is way overrated in my opinion. I'll take good fast charging any day.

Standby time is amazing on this phone. During light usage periods, I can do two whole days and still have juice left.
