Create/Login to Account

Thank you both for responding to my question/inquiry, and I do have a follow up to mooncatt's response; however I'm having problems with creating, and/or, using an existing account! I had used the link you provided, as well as click on create an account; click on Google (Existing Google member); then login with my Google credentials - doesn't recognize! Click on forgot password; enter email address - doesn't recognize! Next, create an account from scratch; create username; enter email address - this linked to an existing member! So I'm stuck between existing/non-existent member! I'm not sure how to reset the password at this point!

Thank you again for your response, and I'm looking forward to a follow-up! It will debunk your theory, and see how this carrier, not sure if we can use pro-nouns in this forum, is double dipping at the till! The numbers never lie!
