Creating Picture folders in gallery

Does anyone know how to create folders in the gallery or how to move pics inside of it?

Don't use the stock gallery app. It's so limited. Download the free app "Quickpic". You can view pics in detail which makes things easier and more. Create folders and move pics to that folder. No PC needed
