Credit for used N7

I bought a used N7 off eBay, Will I still receive $25 or no because its been used already?

I've set it up and it seems like a no go. Anyway to get it back?

You can try a factory reset, but if the $25 credit has been used on the device already I think you're SOL. The $25 credit was really, as far as I know, intended for new sales of the Nexus, not used resales.
