Cricket MMS Issues

I have been noticing issues with Cricket's MMS. The messages are delayed by minutes to hours or sometimes they don't even arrive. Regular SMS texts seem to come in fine. I have noticed this issue since at least the beginning of September. When I contacted them this last week they say they know about the issue and it's their issue not AT&T's. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Yeah, I've seen the same problem with MMS. Texts that were sent to me in the evening arrive at 5:00am in the morning. Not sure what is going on there..... A big delay sometimes for sure.

I have seen the same issue. I have seen them lag up to 8 hours before they come through, showing up like jeremmar said in the middle of the night. I called them and they had me restart my phone (like that was going t help). I have only been with cricket for 3 weeks. A MMS network issue like this along with the customer support not helping me is starting to make me wonder if i mad a bad decision moving to them. Data, SMS, and phone calls have been great though.

I was with aio before cricket bought them out, haven't really had any issues before and the customer service online chat has been helpful. Hopefully they will get this MMS situation fixed.... I haven't had any more issues in the last few days.

I thought it was stopped but mine did it again last night. I did do an online chat last week and they said they would escalate the issue. We will see. I do hope they get it fixed soon

Yep, it's certainly not fixed yet. I got a mms the other night at 2:00 am, and it was sent at 7:00pm.

It's got to the point where I just disable my notifications at night time because you never know how many is going to show up while I'm trying to sleep. LOL
