Critical emails going to junk folder

Hey guys I have some critical emails going to my junk folder in the gmail app! These emails use to goto my inbox till a few days ago! how do I fix this? Thanks for the help

Go onto the web interface, go into the junk folder, check off the ones that are not junk and then mark them as not junk.

That will fix the problem and it is the easiest way to do it. Somehow they are getting marked that way
