cross platform parental control app

Is there an app I can download on my son's android (Vortex Beat) and my iPhone 5s that willallow me to see his text history, search history, and general usage, as well as let me disable apps or the entire phone (as needed) from my phone? I have found several that are platform specific, but none that are cross platform. TIA
