Cryotherapy and the watch

So I'm doing a cryotherapy season it is ‐158 degrees, and I'm in there for 3 minutes. I was wondering if I could wear my watch? I wanna see my heart rate

Your watch definitely isn't rated for temperatures that low. But then again, neither are humans lol. I'd say it should probably be fine given the low exposure times... But honestly who knows.

I forgot that I had it on, and I just covered it with a mitten, and it was fine
