current OTA vs prior leaked OTA

I've already installed the leaked .793 OTA a while back, and am now on .894 (793 radio/kernel) with the new Kin3tx ROM from Th3oryRom...

So does the OTA that's pushing now have goodies in it I might want? Or am I already way past it?

OR are devs already working at adding what's in the current OTA into a maintenance release / new version of ROMs?

You should have everything in the current OTA already included if you have updated the Radio/Kernal and are currently running Droid Th3ory's stuff. For the most part you are past where they are at. If there is an updated file or two that was missed, I am sure it will find its way into a future release.

I saw a tweet from DT that said he had matched the MD5s and it didn't seem like this was anything new to those already ROMing it up.
