currently unable to download please try again later s6 plus edge?

I receive this message every time I put the phone on. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, I would like to know what I should do to get rid of this message?

Sounds like a stuck mms so delete the one that hasn't downloaded

Could also be no service for a second so it cant download new date and time by anychance after that does it say auto update of date and time updated or something along those lines
