Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock

I rooted my phone prior today, did everything correct...
it was rooted and i could restart and reboot no problem for quite some time...

Now, it appears when i plugged my phone into the wall to charge I reset it, and It keeps flashing with a charge icon middle of the screen and those terrible red words "Custom binary blocked by FRP lock"

I plugged the phone into my computer and it wont even register i plugged anything into the USB port.

I tried to do the Volumn down + Home button to enter download mode and it wont even do that.

serious need of help... and yes, I learned my lesson 100%



EDIT:

I finally got it into download mode... I have the firmware downloading currently but its a massive 2GB download, and its taking forever...
