Anybody know of any custom lock rings that will work on Sense 3.5 ROMs? I have only found 3.0 compatible ones.

I will buy you a taco* in exchange for info!!

Thank you :)

*I will not actually buy anybody a taco. Except myself... <3

The hard part about making custom rings is that they include changes to the Rosie, so they almost have to be specific to each ROM.

When Sense 3.0 ROMs first came out a few different folks started doing lockrings by request, and there are quite a few out there, but once it became apparent you couldn't use them accross different ROMs, it seems like fewer and fewer folks were willing to take the time to put them together.

I realize this doesn't help, just trying to lend a little info as to why it may be harder to find them now.

One of the reasons is because the m10 tool doesn't do a good job with sense 3.5 . Unless they updated it.

Good to know, I guess. I didn't realize that it was directly changing Rosie, but that makes perfect sense (no pun intended).

I don't feel right just asking for minor stuff (ascetically) since I can't really do much in the way of contributing for myself yet. Thanks for the info, I guess I'll just have to be patient and see what happens!

No there hasn't been any change on the m10 editor having any better support for the Sense 3.5..

I really think this is because of the limited development for 3.5 roms. The development has almost vanished.

Every HTC phone forum I go to, most of the sense roms are sense 3.5. Diamondback and Flemmard are the main devs for the m10 tools, and since Flemmard sort of quit, it is up to Diamondback to reverse engineer all these things.

I have only found 3 or 4 Sense 3.5 roms for Thunderbolts and the developers of those roms has basically seemed to stopped because they was bumping into a wall modifying the code to make it compatible. That's the fun part of developing. Solutions dont always come easy..

As for the M10 developers work, I understand why the development has stopped and this is understandable but I was simply answering the question...
