Custom Ringtones / Notifications for contact groups....

Just moved from the Samsung family, an am wondering how I assign ringtones and message tones to my (contact) groups? It was very simple on Samsung, but here I can't seem to figure a way to do it...

That's not a feature built into the standard Contacts app.

So, can anyone point me toward a contacts app that could do this?

The stock contacts app does this, at least for individual contacts.

Tai the pencil to edit, then hit the 3 dot overflow menu and select "set ringtone".

But it won't do it for groups, which the OP is asking for.

And you can't set SMS notification alerts for individuals, let alone groups, either.

If the same ringtone is set for the whole group, doesn't that accomplish the same thing?
