Custom Ringtones

I have recently noticed that my custom ringtones some how reset back to the default ringtone. Is this a common issue or could it be because I use a different launcher. Go Launcher to be exact.

They should be tied to the contact or app. If they've only reset once, it could be due to the recent update..??

Mine have never reset to default, but on every phone I've owned (including Windows mobile), the ringtone set for an individual contact sometimes rings as the default.
