Custom "template" for S-Note?

In Word I can re-name a pre-existing document and then save the new document AND keep the old one. I would like to do the same in S-Note. When I am writing my psychotherapy notes there is a format (certain header, place for demographic info., proper font, white background etc.) and I am having to write those every single time. This takes several minutes and takes away much of the benefit of the tablet itself. Is there a way I can have these pre-written in some way? When typing on my computer I use Word and therefore can simply use a pre-existing document as a template of sorts.

Also after you create the template document, you can copy it so you have a few already available.

Hi
I have created a new template using the instructions in this post. The template is a blank page with a title box at the top right hand corner. However when I use this template and fill the first page I click on the + button at the bottom to insert a new page but it enters a page with pre-drawn lines which I dont want. How do I fix this so I get another blank page with no pre-drawn lines.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
Kind regards
Tony

Open SNotes, go to settings, add page and choose from there. You can also change your page backgrounds too by clicking on a page, select edit mode, then menu.

Hi Dorrien
Many thanks for your prompt reply.
That did the trick. Obviously you can see I am new to SNote but I love it so far.
Thanks again.
Tony

The templates that ship with S-Note, have some built-in fields and content requirements.
How do I accomplish that sort of interaction with a template that I create?
