How do I get past the repair support escalation team. They have continued to tell me that they are completely out of the Droid Maxx. I have been without my phone since the 15th of March. They stated on the 26th it would be there next day or 28th at the latest. THEN they are sorry but they have NONE. Remedy is for me to spend $600 and wait for 4-6 weeks for reimbursment.
So yes I have a CHAPPED A$$
