Customize Sleep Settings

Trying to figure out how to customize a setup for bedtime. I need the phone ringer on but email notification off. Is there way to shortcut this? I looked at the Smart Actions but didn't see a way to do that. Is there an app out there that may?

Smart Actions will work... just import the Sleep profile... then remove the Silent ring volume, but keep the Background Sync Off... that will stop emails during the night.

Under my sleep profile I even have it send out a text that i'm asleep and will respond when I get up. I work nights so some of my family thinks I just sit around during the day.

I set mine to trigger with a time (10pm-5:30am) and on any charger.

My actions are sync off, ringer off, and activate white list.

My white list has all my immediate family, my co-workers and boss, his boss, and the call center that would recall me in emergencies.

Works like a charm and I don't get woken up by wrong numbers lookin fo day babies daddy.
