Cwm why it says?

After a reboot it booted back in CWM. After selecting reboot system it asked if I wanted to fix root again. (I selected yes of course )

What is the problem and is it true what it said? And can/would it be a problem

We have to know what happened before that. The ROM is rooted? Did you update the ROM? Did you have SuperSU running, and set to survive?

One message from a complex piece of software, with no other information, is like searching for a needle in a needle factory. The people who wrote CWM might be able to come closer, but anyone else can only throw guesses at you without some more information.
