Don't use ROM manager to flash a ROM. Don't use the recovery from ROM manager to flash a ROM.

Go to this site to find a CM7 ROM based off of IHO and use a recovery listed below. Or use Jerry's recovery.

Dude you posted this in the optimus s forum too. People answered you over there. Whichever phone you have, I would delete Rom Manager...unless of course you want your phone to be a paperweight.

And please ditch rom manager as the others have said. Even if it doesn't mess you phone up when it loads recovery, the roms on there are outdated.
