Cyanogen / CW flash stuck in installing update

I was using android L preview but wanted to give Cyanogen a try. Followed their instructions and did the side load option which pushed fine. Now the tablet has been stuck on Installing Update for something like 20 minutes now. That's bad right?

I bought an N7 2013 LTE and want also to flash cyanogenmod some days later.
Just in case I am going to face the same problem as you, how did you proceed when you got stuck in the installation process?
Were you able to flash the rom successfully, afterwards?

I changed to TWRP and used sideload with that. With that I had much more success on the 7 and 5.
